Pictured is Edwin Salcedo, Development Specalist, USAID. USAID is the agency that help influene US policy abroad. They are very helpful in improving the conditions for AfroColombians. The Ambassador is Honorable William Brownfield and the Director of USAID Colombia is Honorable Liliana Ayalde. MS. Ayalde was recently appointed as Ambassador of Paraguay but is awaiting confirmation by Congress.
