Dear Executive Director:

I will be attending the conference and would like to explore the possibility of making a presentation on a relatively new building technique perfected by Mr. Alex Stein known as the Tronco System. You may learn more about the technique by visiting http://www.tronco-system.com/. I am a board member of the Scheme K.C.C Muungano Savings Self-Help Group and registered under the name Kaswesha.

Mr. Stein is presently building in Iran and Venezuela. He has completed projects in the United States, South Africa and a number of other countries. We would like to explore the possibility of using this methodology to build the Kariobangi South Community.

If this can be successfully completed in this small community we believe it can be replicated throughout Kenya, Africa and in other parts of the world. A community the size of Kariobangi could be completed within 30-60 days.
