Though this might be the case. I don't think it was supposed to cause mayhem the way it have done, putting into consideration that, like the President Kibaki has always expressed, could either him, Raila Odinga or even Kalonzo Musyoka won the Presidential race we are all Kenyans and we shall remain to be so.

I myself having having been a constituency domestic observer for the Embakasi constituency, I can ascertain that there were very many irregularities, from both the Government and the Opposition side to an extent that even in my constituency there was a problem of announcing who the pariamentary winner was, and in some instances the supporters of a certain candidate denied others entry into the tarrying center including agents and observers like myself.

I later came to realize that there was a rigging of a high class order whereby some casted ballot papers belonging to other candidates were found dumped and partly burnt.

I have with myself the partly burnt papers which I can produce as an evidence. And for this matter I urge both parties to reason out together do proper investigation of what has taken place all over the Country and then resolve the differences in a gentleman ship manner and stop these skirmishes forthwith.
